The deadline tracker shows, across all clients, what's about to expire ordered by urgency (30/60/90 days), with filters by division and responsible employee, and sends automatic reminders before due dates. Clients can upload documents from the portal and the studio validates them in a single queue.

When you upload a document that requires approval, the client receives an OTP code via SMS on their mobile. They enter the code on the portal and the document is approved with date, time and complete tracking.
